ถ้วย กา แฟร์ CERAMIC VIRGINS 08

อีกไม่กี่วัน ก็จะถึงวันดีเดย์ ของนิทรรศการ ถ้วย กา แฟร์ ที่เหล่านิสิตไอดี จุฬา ปีสอง ซึ่งเป็นมือใหม่ในการปล้ำดิน จะถูกเปิดซิง เผยฝีไม้ลายมือ ว่าจะแปลกพิสดาร ใช้การได้ ขนาดไหน งานนี้มี Zana’s bean coffee ใจป้ำ ร่วมเป็นสปอนเซอร์ กับ Mor Mor Creative Forum โดย Zana’s bean coffee ส่งสอง baristas (นักต้มกลั่นกาแฟมืออาชีพ ซึ่งได้รับการฝึกฝนเป็นพิเศษ)มาทำกาแฟแบบมือโปรให้คนที่มาร่วมงานเปิดได้ลิ้มรส

Barista คนแรกคือ คุณธีรศักดิ์ สมบัติมี จากร้าน Zana's bean Coffee คุณธีรศักดิ์ ได้รับรางวัล Thailand Barista Championship 2006 (รองชนะเลิศอันดับ หนึ่ง) กับรางวัล รองชนะเลิศ และ หลายรางวัลในงาน National Thailand Barista Championship 2008

Barista อีกคนคือ นายแพทย์ พร นริศชาติ ศัลยแพทย์ระบบประสาท จาก โรงพยาบาทประสาท ผู้สนใจด้านการชงกาแฟ และ หลงใหลในการทำกาแฟ จนถึงกับได้รางวัล Thailand Latte art Championship 2008 อันดับสอง

ส่วน Mor Mor Creative Forum สนับสนุนแรงใจ กับอาหารว่างเสิร์ฟพร้อมกาแฟ

วันพุธที่ 8 ตุลาคมนี้ จดไว้ให้ขึ้นใจ ว่าตอนห้าโมงเย็น มีนัดมางาน ถ้วย กา แฟร์ CERAMIC VIRGINS 08 ที่ไอดีจุฬา หน้าโีรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษา ถนนพญาไท

Tuay Ga Fair

Mor Mor Creative Forum is pleased to support 'Tuay Ga Fair' - an upcoming  CERAMIC VIRGIN annual exhibition by 2nd-year students of the department of Industrial Design, Faculty of Architecture, Chulalongkorn University.   

The exhibition will feature fresh ideas on how to serve coffee with ceramic utensils, based on 9 themes, by the new generation of Thai designers.

Two guest potters from the 'MAD POTTER'S ASSOCIATION', Pratya Raktabutr and Pim Sudhikam, will join their students, showing their series of coffee cups specially designed and made for this exhibition.

Opening reception is on Wednesday 8th October 2008, 17.00-20.00.  Specially brewed coffee by a qualified barrista will be served.

Venue: Department of Industrial Design, Chulalongkorn University, in front of Triam Udom Suksa School, Payathai Road, Patumwan, Bangkok.
